Terms of Service

By accessing this website or engaging Framework Studio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms.

  1. SERVICES
    Framework Studio provides branding, website design, and operational systems support services. All services will be outlined and agreed in writing prior to commencement.

  2. ENGAGEMENT
    A project is confirmed once written approval is received and any required deposit has been paid.

  3. FEES AND PAYMENT
    All pricing is agreed in writing prior to commencement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

    Late payments may result in a pause of work. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices where permitted by law.

  4. SCOPE OF WORK
    Work is limited to the agreed scope. Any additional work or changes may incur additional charges.

  5. REVISIONS
    Reasonable revisions are included. Additional or out-of-scope revisions may be charged separately.

  6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
    Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials. Delays may impact project timelines.

  7. TIMEFRAMES
    All timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on project requirements and client responsiveness.

  8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All work remains the property of Framework Studio until full payment has been received.

    Upon final payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio.

  9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
    We are not responsible for third-party platforms, tools, or services used in connection with our work.

  10. TERMINATION
    Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to termination will be invoiced and must be paid in full.

  11. LIABILITY
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Framework Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

    Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

  12. NO GUARANTEES
    We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

  13. CONFIDENTIALITY
    We will keep your information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

  14. DISPUTES
    Any disputes will be handled in good faith and resolved through discussion where possible before formal action.

  15. GOVERNING LAW
    These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
